We are now In the process of finalizing the building specifications and bid­ ding documents to be released In December to potenU I developers in order that we can begin con- trucUon early in 1987. Also in the month of December, the council is expected to amend the Downtown Development Au­ tbority Development and Flnanc­ In Plan to further our efforts to make Bro dway a prominent com­ mercial corridor.
