A deposit of $50.00 per et is required, the full amount of which will be
refunded to each actual bidder upon return of all documents in good
condition to the Architect at the date of opening of the bids. Non bidders
must retum all documen to the Architect's OUke at least twenty-four
(24) bours before the bid date in order to have their deposit returned. Non
bidders ho do not notify the Architect's office prior to th bid date shall
return the documen within th period of even (7) d ys after the bid date
and h n forfeit e full amount of the deposit.
