Spon red by the Commun­ ity Serviee Office of the Col­ lege, day-lo program of activitie will begin at 8: 15 a.m. and conclude at 3: 30 p.m. This year's program will feature an open meeting of the State Comrni ion from the Office of Services to the Aging. "Issue and An ers" will consi st of listening to and an ering com­ plaints and uggestions put to the commission by individuals. Thi event is scheduled for 10: 15 .m. in Overbro Theater. A highlight of the day is the announcement of the ' Out­ standing Senior Award" pre nt­ ed to an outstanding senior citizen.
