stuffing crumbs nd stir until

square baking dish. Set aside
the remaining suffing. Brown
meat in illet; drain off fat.
Combine the meat, kidney
beans tomatoes and spi es and
spoon over stuffing in pan.
Sprinkle ith cheese, reserving
about 2 tablespoons. Top with
remaining tuffing and sprinkle
with reserved cheese. Just
before serving garnish with
shredded lettuce, dieed toma­
toes, sour cream and sliced
ripe olives if desired. Bake at
375 degree for 30 minute.
Makes 6 servings.
