the conclu . n of a just released report on r cial condition
in Britain. The report by the liberal Runnymede Tru reveal­
ed that there had been 62 raci killings in Britain between
1970 and 1985 and that r cist attacks against both Blacks
and A ians are an almo daily occurrence. The report blamed
th country' economi condition and increa d ho ility
by right-wing white for the rise in tack on racial minorities
in the country.
