The meeting was called to
order at 7:34 p.m. and a
silent invocation was given.
The ag nda was amended to
set a hearing date to consider
granting an I FT to Leco
Corportation, to authorize
the Clerk to advertise for
weed mowing bids, and to
authorize purchase of a radio
for the Fire Department.
The minutes of the previous
regular meeting were accept­
ed as presented.
Voted to accept the resigna­
tion of Firefighter Michael
A. Durham.
Voted to deem necessary the
Clardella water line between
Broadway & Columbus.
Tabled a request for a
Special Use Permit for the
Montessori House of Chil·
dren, 501 Zollar Drive.
Voted to approve a request
by Pat O'Brien and Bob
Molter for a Special Use
Permit at 1860 E. Napier
for an open air market.
Voted to approve a rezon­
ing request by Louis Joseph
for 910 E. Main St. from 0-1

Voted to approve a rezoning
