Simply put, American Black
can never fully achieve freedom,
equality and prosperity in cap­
italist America if Black-owned
bu me are not developed
and upported on a much
greater ale than is currently
the case.
Presently, one-third of all
Black Americans are officially
ified as poor; the Black
unemployment rate is two and
one- half time larger than the
jobless rate for hite· Black
bu me es produce less than 1 %

en though Black are 12% of
the u.S. population and we are
in the midst. of a conservative
political revolution hich pro­
mise little by y of govern­
ment help.
While traditional civil rights
