Commis ions accepted the plan, 5-2, with George Wysinger and William Wolfbeing the oPPO ition. The plan is b d on the city borro ing another million dollar from the State Emergency Loan Board. Wolf noted State Tre urer Rob rt Bo man has indicated in writing the city i no at its limit. The state required the new plan as part of the conditions nece ary for the release of a 340,000 loan from the state to the city. KLOCK PARK FOR SALE? County Commis ioner Robert Burkholz appeared before the Benton Harbor city commi sion March 17 to protest com­ mercial development ofJ ean Klock Park. Burkholz, ho live in Higman Park overlooking Klock Park, said city economic development director Alex Little had admitted a hotel de­ velopment is considered for the location.
