administration of the City's accounting, insurance, water
& sew r billing, data processing and budgeting activities,
and to conduct special studies and analyses on various
asp cts of th financial system. Requires a Bachelor's
degr e (Master's preferred) in business or public admin­
istration, finance, accounting, or related field; three years
xperi nce in ccounting or a r lated area; a knowledge of
municipal finance operations, budgeting procedures,
comput r programming, and the uniform accounting act;
and two years supervisory experience or any equivalent
combination which provides the required knowledge,
skills, and abilities. City residency is required within six
