William joined the faculty of Lake Michigan College thi p st September when it re urn­ ed the drama program. The dram program wa discontinued veral years go as a re ult of nate funding cutbacks. He ha been involved in educat­ ional and community the ter since 1980, with experience in techni al areas a well s in man ging, directing cting, writ­ ing and casting. If community theater or high school or church productions will let us kno what they need, we will see what we can do to help them," Williams say . Williams wants to organize mini-courses � and workshop to assist the community and sup­ plement the basic program. Each cour will be complete within it elf and may cover children' theater, church drama, nd creative dram a well as other topics in which the com­ munity e pres s an interest.
