He tarted out as a child, not telling stories, .. but dreaming, as we all did, about being a fireman, a cow­ boy, big truck driver. Willard remembers seeing a civil engineer peering through a transit and motioning to workers, first with his left hand, then with hi right, and hi teacher remark­ ing, "Every time he waves his hand. he make a dollar. The Vincent Hotel a downtown Benton Harbor land­ mark for almost 60 years, will be bought from the federal government with a total price tag of S102,000. According to ayor WHce Cooke the city's fund in will be charged to the developer of the pr perty wh will buy the building from the city.
