Urban League had issued its
second annual "State of Black
Michigan" - How bad is it?
The report wa prepared by
seven authors and published by
ichigan St te University's
Urban Affairs Programs and the
Council of Michigan Urban Lea­
gue Executives.
The report was based on
state and federal government
statistics and the authors' in­
terpretive discussions" of the
status of Blacks in politics
the economy, housing educat­
ion and family life.
