Gerbel and Company will the City's Finance Department in preliminary pre­ audit work. The help is needed that the city can continue within the audit time chedule. Also approved by the com­ mission was the renewal of contract with G.L. iller and sociates for a maximum of 3000. The contract is for the maintenance of software pro­ grams for the city' utility billing ystem, A $25 per hour fee for any other requested services would be charged to the city also. "As you ride around the city, you see thou ands of kid riding bicycles and mopeds - with no regard for the regulat­ ions", said Yarbrough. Yarbrough said th t it is up to the parents to teach their children the responsibilities in­ volved with riding a bike or moped. On the agenda, but tabled until a later meeting, were resolutions calling for the approval of a Downtown Development Authority and a missioners present.
