Progr m is targeted for low
income enior citizens who are
experiencing some hazardous
housing situation. • It is antici
pated that the pr gram will
serve ppro im tely 20 hou e
hold throughout Berrien
County by pr gram closeout
on September 30, 1985.
Program ervices shall in-
clude, but not be limited to
home interior/exterior painting;
siding foundation and/or roof
repair; the repair r replace
ment of handrails, wheelchair
ramps and/or tairwells: caulk
ing; wea her trippin ; in ulation
& venting' plumbing and electri
cal wiring repairs: and general
code enfor ement and mainten-
ance.
