City Hall, yor Robert Wanen, Chief Willi Ho ell and City ger Jo ph Charlton announced that the city received a reimbusement chec for $27,559.46 for the 1984 Sammel food program that has been the center of recent con trover y. The money was the final payment on the summer food program that is under current inv tigation for alleged missing records. Chief Howell said he' trying to locate the person re ponsible for the record to talk to them about the record . In a prepared taternent, the yor tated t t letter from acting chief of the Child Care and summer program, Deni Hart, id the city would be permited to apply for the 1985 Summer food program. Hart also assured Heights officials that the U .SD.A. tidied with the financial record ubmitted by the city concerning the 1984 program.
