With Governor Blanchard's declaration of a state of
disaster following the New Year's Ice storm. the Michigan
State Housing Development Authonty SHDA will tem
porarily raise its income limits for home repair loans In 13
counties.

sured structural damage to homes. mcludmq roof and
window repairs siding replacernqn , and renovation of
rooms affected by flooding.
In Berrien County, the maximum household income for
these loans is $37,093. Applications should be mad
