The TFA Program is funded by the ichigan Department of Labor, Bureau of Community Service; and is de igned to provide a one-time monetary fuel benefit of not more than 200 to hou eholds throughout Berrien County with extremely high home heating costs in relation to hou ehold income, Little aid.
