FY'85 Targeted Fuel A istance
(TF A) Program, accouding to
Chri tine Ru ell-Little, Energy
Coordinator.
The TFA Program is funded
by the ichigan Department of
Labor, Bureau of Community
Service; and is de igned to
provide a one-time monetary
fuel benefit of not more than
200 to hou eholds throughout
Berrien County with extremely
high home heating costs in
relation to hou ehold income,

annual heating cost greater than
