Years ago, your Congressman
Guy vander Jagt placed a sign on
ttie door of your washington
office. It reads: _
"This office belongs to the
people of Michigan's Ninth
District." .
Guy vander Jagt believes
these words very deeply. He
knows you've got problems with
taxes, inflation, government
regulation of your business or
farm, social security benefits and
plain old government red tape
of every sort, and that you need.
a place to turn for fast, positive .
results, .
That's why Guy says, "It's not
my office, it's yours. It exists for
you. You're the boss, I'm your
hired hand."
Guy makes sure that the sign
means what it says and says what
it means. In fact, one longtime
Congressional observer
remarked: "Congressman Guy
vander Jagt's office provides the
best service to his constituents
that I have ever seen in 20 years
. on the Hill." .
As further proof, Guy's files
are bulging with letters from
friends and neighbors who have
been helped by their
washington office.
So the next time you think
you don't have a voice in
washington, remember your I
office.
