League has submitted to the City of
u egon' Block Grant Citizen Advi ory
Council a proposal and a funding reque t
of 14 116.97 to perform a needs assess
ment.
The Urban League's pro po saJ points
out that the Muskegon County area
within the next five years will experience
an economic up ing.
The beginning of this swing would
start with the proposed Hilton Hotel
project should occur. This ould cau
a domino affect and project after project
would b started. The league is quest
ioning the plight of the minority com
munities during this period. Will the pro
blem they face now (Education un-
