Com­ bine ',4 cup catsup mixture with flour. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce. Place bris et in large cook­ ing bag and brush catsup­ flour-mixture over both sides. Press air from ba and tie securely. Place bag coruaining meat in center of a double-thick rectangle of heavy-duty alwninum foil (twice the circumference and 8 inches longer than bris et), Bring 2 opposite sides of foil together over top of meat. Fold edges over 3 to 4 times, pressing crease in tiahtly each time. Flatten fo at one end, crease to form triangle and fold edge over several times toward package, pressing tightly to seal. Repeat procedure on other end. Place on grill and coo at 10 temperature 4 � to S hours, turning every hour. Carefully open foil packet and cooking bag; pour off drippings into saucepan.
