There i much to write about
· th m, t one's source of information
never runs dry.
though this nter i going to be
bout only t 0 1'$ en no ry early
in the morning, there are plenty of other
IS or us to become acquainted with.
There' no more intere ting bobby.
If you re an early ri r, or- ju
st r-gazer, now' the time to Venu
- th t mo brilliant and ein pirin
plan t, and Siriu which is the brightest
r in the heaven appearing a the same
time in the uthem
It is intere ting to be b to ob rv
th t 0 celestial bodie cIo to
gether in order to compare their
brilliance.
Siriu is more e erly than Venu
but both re in the high uthem y a
fern hou before d wn.
t the pre nt time Venu ha re ched
its farthere t distance from the n

and then soon after b orne the evening
for th re of the inter.

Every individual on the face of this

defend the right but you nd I.

political and social organization can

right here at home.
There are some thing we got to do
for ourselve. Listen, all thi apathy,
complacency, and the "I don't care
attitude" is hurting no one but u.

destructive device gainst our demo

So I urge you ho are -gazer ,
even though you are not in the habit
of rising by . o'clock, or any time

time, there ill b no interference
from the moon.
I my If, have never ob rved these
t 0 heavenly objects in a position where
both ere visible at the same time.
Long after the d ylight has ob rved
irius, which has moved eadily est
d only to become 10 in the dim
mornin light, Venu can be en in the
high uth. It looks and shines like
ver.
I hope e may hav some clear ies
that no-one will be dl ppointed.
It's 6:30 a.m. and I m going to put
on my gIa in order to see it again.
Ju eing Venu in the pre-dawn

e _ mu u intelligence to tran ct
busine in a bu . e world. Business
and you . what life' all about.
The problem hich e are faced
with today i affecting the poor the
di dvan ged, and the single parent
more than any people on thi globe.
e h serious housing problem
and physi al decay of the city. The
chronic housing ortage is among
poorer people, and th urns is our!
othe lot.
Be u the urban city's greatest
popul tion is ' egroe" e are forced
to p y high taxe . Our income i so 10
and e really can afford it, but we have
to pay it.
e are the major victims of inade
quate housing, as we are the victims in
most other area s of modem life.
e pay the highe percent ge of
income for housing - and invariably
recei e poorer quality housing for the
money we pend.
There' several partment owner's in
this city are just a group of alping
slum lord.
The poor nd dl dvantaged will
always be at the bottom of the ale;
and will continue to pay more than their
share in this life, if they don't take a
stand for their own welfare.
e as women, are badly being un
repre nted by the dominant male
ciety. White" women i fighting for
their rights, and many of ours; what
are e doing to help? It' going to ta e
all of us to change our life conditions.
y first advice to you i pick up some
book on government, ne t study your
candidate and choo intelligently .
Plea don't forget to vote, that's your
constitutional right.
