suit in Federal Court, Grand Rapid , 0 er the 1977
shooting of their n by Oron 0 To nship police.
In July of that year, three officer responded to
call of a disturbance at Ro Hill anor, an part­
ment compl x. Police reports at the time . d when
officer opened the door of Tisdal's hom , he as
sitting f cing the door, holding eapons. He wa
