The Fifth Annual Meeting of the mem­
bership of the Un . ted Community Develop­
ment Corporation will be held February 12,
1980 in the Benton Harbor Public Library
Auditorium at 6:30 pm. The purpose of
this meeting is to elect a new Board of
Directors.
Every General Member is entitled to
one vote, and for those who cannot attend
proxies will be made availabel. Contact
