Th young people mu be high hool drop- outs and/or ET A elegible to become members. The organization help youths to finish their education by GED te ting and to find and eep employment. The program consists of three main components. The first, la ts about 3 ee s cia in good wor attitude, good . or habit, and human relations. The second componet is studying for the GED exam. SEVCE is the third component of the program and, the on1y youth organ­ ization of its kind in the area. The 70,001 Career ciation or SEVCA provide the motivation personal and vocational developernnt and self- confidence necessary for ce in employment. SEVCA holds field trips and contests for the kid .
