decision-making; develop & support educational
experiences & shiurim for adults and children;
provide pastoral support and counseling; represent
the AAOM within the larger Jewish community & with

of M’s OU/JLIC couple

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
WILL HAVE:
• Orthodox or Modern Orthodox semichah
• Davening and leining skills
• Strong knowledge base of Jewish texts and
halachah
• An interest in teaching
• An interest in community building
• An engaging personality with a commitment
to sustaining a welcoming, diverse Orthodox
community
