LINDA PALMER
AMBERG, 65, of
Martin, Mich.,
formerly raised in
Oak Park, Mich., died
Nov. 2, 2024, after
battling a long, progressively
debilitating illness.
She is survived by her devoted,
loving husband, Bernard Amberg;
stepsons, Justin (Jen) and Jacob;
daughter, Julee Polster; sisters,
Robyn Palmer (Harry Robins),
Marcy Palmer Broder (Jeffrey
Broder), Judith Palmer; niece,
Catherine Kerr (Robert Kerr);
nephews, Evan Kass (Ashley
Kass), Ryan Kass; numerous other
loving family and friends.
Linda was preceded in death
by her parents, William B. and
Joyce Palmer; her nephew, Aaron
Lankford.
Interment was at Machpelah
Cemetery in Ferndale.
Contributions may be made to
the Alzheimer’s Organization,
directed to research. A
celebration of her life will take
place Dec. 22, 2024.

ELAINE FAUDEM,
90, of Walled Lake,
died Nov. 21, 2024.
Mrs. Faudem is
survived by her
daughters and
sons-in-law, Carla McCarney,
Nancy Faudem-Trusty and Paul
Trusty, and Bonnie and David
Otis; grandchildren, Matthew
and Jessica McCarney, Abby
McCarney, Bradley and Alyssa
Otis, Kyle Otis and Camryn Otis;
great-grandson, Remy Otis; many
loving nieces, nephews, and her
devoted caregivers.
Mrs. Faudem was the
beloved wife for 57 years of
the late Rodney Faudem; the
dear mother-in-law of the late
Dan McCarney; the adoring
grandmother of the late Evan
