FUN FOR KIDS

At Adat Shalom Synagogue, 
those in kindergarten to fifth 
grade will enjoy a fun afternoon 
of martial arts led by the True 
Martial Arts team. A high-
energy adventure where kids 
kick, punch and play their 
way through exciting martial 
arts drills and games. A focus 
on building confidence and 
teamwork. No martial arts 
experience is necessary. 
Sixth grade and older teens 
are welcome to volunteer to 
help during the event. Lunch

his discussion, he will host 
an educational wellness fair

of wellness who will be on 
hand to provide information 
and support. This event is 
open to everyone but geared 
toward teens and young
