OBITUARIES
OF BLESSED MEMORY

This was one of the largest pediatric
clinics in Southeast Michigan, and
Marshall provided care for thou-
sands of families. He then worked
for Southfield Pediatrics, where he
continued to provide loving, com-
petent pediatric care to many fami-
lies for several years.
In 2004, Marshall was honored
by the Michigan chapter of the
American Academy of Pediatrics
as the Pediatrician of the Year, an
award of which he was extremely
proud. Additionally, in his early
career, Marshall was instrumen-
tal in working with the Michigan
Academy of Pediatrics, lobbying for
the required use of child safety seats
in automobiles.
Marshall was an avid sports
fan, enjoying all sports, especially
Michigan basketball. He was also
an avid reader, anything from true
crime to biographies to histori-
cal fiction. Marshall also loved to
follow the sun, taking vacations
anywhere warm and sunny. His
favorite vacation was at Longboat
Key Resort in Longboat Key, Fla.,
with his family.
He lived in Northville for the
past 27 years with his wife, Laurie
(Burry) Blondy. He is also survived
by his sister, Gloria Blondy; chil-
dren, Susan Fine, Mark Blondy,
Elizabeth (Pat Deegan) Blondy,
Brian (Shirley) Blondy, Benjamin
Blondy; daughter-in-law, Mary
(Baumunk) Blondy; grandchil-
dren, Joel Blondy, Rachael Blondy,
Julia Fine, Aaron Fine, David Fine,
Aviv Blondy, Leo Blondy, and Zoe
Blondy; great-grandchildren, Elliott
Berdelle, Margot Berdelle and Cora
Blondy.
He was predeceased in death by
his parents; his brothers, Robert
and Leonard; his sister, Cynthia;
his son, Steven; his beloved aunt,
Marian Ugoretz, and uncle, Joe
Stone.

HARRIET DAVIS, 93,
of Pompano Beach, Fla.,
died Sept. 24, 2024.
She is survived by
her beloved husband,
Arthur Davis; daugh-
ters and son-in-law, Eileen Scheier,
Nancee (Jeffrey) Davis-Sharkey and
Cathy Lubanski; grandchildren,
Gillian (Patrick Woods) Sharkey,
Lauren (Doron Shiff) Sharkey,
Allison (Brian) Myers, Eric (Kayla
Bray) Lubanski, Brett (Misha)
Lubanski, Stacy (Mark) Turenne
and Nicole Scheier; great-grand-
children, Lailie, Matthew,
Mackenzie, Dylan, Scarlett, Aurora
and Kenna; many loving nieces,
nephews, other family members
and friends.
Harriet was the sister of the late
Max Simon and the late Lorraine
Cohn.
Interment was held at Beth
El Memorial Park Cemetery in
Livonia. Contributions may be
made to Temple Shir Shalom,
Temple Beth Torah or to the
Myasthenia Gravis Foundation
of America. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

DR. STUART FALK,
92, of Novi, died Sept.
20, 2024.
He is survived by
his daughters and
sons-in-law, Lori and
Robert Rose, and Sheila and Mitch
Papaioannou; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Dr. Neil Falk and Dr.
Janet MacDonell; grandchildren,
Rachel and Matt Goreshnik, and
Aaron Rose and Amber Fleming;
great-grandchildren, Joshua and
Leah Goreshnik. He is also survived
by his loving companion, Adrienne
Kanter; and his special cousin, Dr.
Jay Kutinsky.
Dr. Falk was the beloved husband
for 64 years of the late Lois Falk; the
devoted son of the late Ralph and
the late Lucille Falk.
