ew and continuing students in the University of Michigan
School of Social Work Jewish Communal Leadership Program
(JCLP) were welcomed by university and community leaders
on the first day of the fall semester. Guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast
spread catered by Amanda’s Kitchen and engaged in conversation at U-M
Hillel on what is needed to meet this moment and shape the future.
JCLP takes great pride in being part of the Ann Arbor Jewish
community. Its first public program of the academic year, the annual
Community Welcome Breakfast, offers a chance for community
members to meet the new and returning students and to talk with
them and each other about issues of importance to the Ann Arbor and
American Jewish communities.
