mitzvah at Temple
Israel in West Bloomfield on
Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024. She will
be joined in celebration by her
sister Peyton. Tia is the loving
grandchild of Marsha and Sheldon
Adelson, Kay Cullin and Kenneth
Cullin.
She is a student at Cranbrook
Middle School in Bloomfield Hills.
Tia’s most meaningful mitzvah
project was designing and assem-
bling 200 bracelets of love and
hope for the children in Israel.
Evelyn Claire Gold
(Chayah) of West
Bloomfield will become
a bat mitzvah on
Saturday, Sept. 21,
2024, at Adat Shalom
Synagogue in Farmington Hills.
She is the daughter of Deborah
and Barry Gold and the sister of
Doris and Sam. Proud grandpar-
ents are Michael and Jill Gold of
Huntington Woods. Evelyn is also
the granddaughter of the late
Milton and Elaine Einstandig, and
the late Claire Robinson.
Evelyn attends West Bloomfield
Middle School. For her mitzvah
project, she raised money through
her artwork and collected cans
for children in need of ice hockey
equipment at Clark Park in Detroit
Jackson Heraud, son
of Samantha and Brent
Heraud, will be called
to the Torah as a bar
mitzvah at Temple
Israel in West
Bloomfield on Saturday, Sept. 21,
2024. He will be joined in cele-
bration by his sister Lila. Jackson
is the loving grandchild of Sher
and Sandy Kaplan, and Kim and
Gary Heraud.
He is a student at Berkshire
Middle School in Beverly Hills.
Jackson’s most meaningful mitz-
vah project was volunteering with
Yad Ezra in Berkley.
Ariella Eve Madgy
(Libba Etta) of
Huntington Woods
became at bat mitzvah
at Congregation Beth
Shalom on Saturday,
Sept. 14, 2024. She is the daugh-
ter of Amanda and Alexander
Madgy and sister of Eli Madgy.
Ariella attends Norup Middle
School in Oak Park. For her mitz-
vah project, Ariella raised money
for the Send a Kid to Tamarack
program.
Joshua James
Raznick, son of Stacey
and Jason Raznick, will
be called to the Torah
as a bar mitzvah at
Temple Beth El in
Bloomfield Township on Saturday,
Sept. 21, 2024. He is the brother
of Riley and Aria and the grand-
son of Nancy and Phil Bortman,
and Elaine and Mel Raznick.
Josh is a student at Detroit
Country Day School in Beverly
Hills. His mitzvah project was
working with the Suite Dreams
Project to assist in creating/deco-
rating a bedroom for a child fac-
ing a medical condition.
Sarah and Marc
Rosenstock announce
that their daughter,
Lillian Rosenstock, of
Bloomfield Hills
became a bat mitzvah
at Congregation Shaarey Zedek
on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024. Lillian
is the sister of Hannah and
Charlotte Rosenstock. Lillian was
twinned to symbolically honor a
victim of the Holocaust who was
unable to reach this milestone.
She is a student at Hillel Day
School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills. As part of her
mitzvah project, Lillian is raising
awareness of Israel’s safety and
security and its importance for
Jews around the world.
Jackson Wolfe of
Huntington Woods will
become a bar mitzvah
at Temple Shir Shalom
in West Bloomfield on
Saturday, Sept. 21,
2024. He is the son of Jeremy
Wolfe and Liz DeRoven, and
Forest Wolfe. His siblings are
Clarissa DeRoven, Marley
DeRoven and Rowan Wolfe.
Jackson’s proud grandparents are
Andrea and Lawrence Wolfe, and
Steven and Lisa Levy.
Jackson is a student at
Cranbrook in Bloomfield Hills.
