The Detroit Historical Society 
invites the community to 
an afternoon with Michigan 
photographer Monni Must and 
Detroit Historical Society Trustee 
Linda Schlesinger-Wagner. They 
will discuss their international 
journey to capture the stories and 
images of Holocaust survivors, 
which resulted in Must’s powerful 
work, Living Witnesses: Faces 
of the Holocaust. At the Detroit 
Historical Museum. Registration

walk-ins welcome. Admission to 
the Detroit Historical Museum on 
Sept. 8 is free, compliments of the 
Kresge Foundation. Each attendee 
will receive a complimentary copy 
of Living Witnesses: Faces of the 
Holocaust, with an opportunity 
to have it signed by Monni Must 
during the book signing session 
from 1 pm to 1:45. The main 
program, running from 2 pm to 
3:30, will feature photos and 
recordings of survivors along 
with an engaging discussion 
between Monni Must and Linda 
Schlessinger-Wagner.

conduct a hands-on workshop.

female cantorial trio, will perform

Judi Schram Autumn Celebration,

Farmington Hills. The event will 
honor Hadassah Greater Detroit 
Past President Nancy Bechek Bluth.
