SPENCER, 94, passed 
away surrounded by 
her loving family on 
Aug. 14, 2024, in 
Woodland Hills, Calif.
Roz was born in Detroit on 
Sept. 21, 1929, to Augusta Pearl 
and Harry Pernick. 
She is survived by her husband 
of 67 years, Milton Spencer; her 
children, Darcy (Jeff) Silver, 
Robin (David) Arm, and Cathy 
Spencer (Scott Harris); her 
grandchildren, Lily (Delaney) 
Silver, Jonathan Silver, Jesse 
Arm, Andie Harris, and Sophie 
Harris; her brother, Stuart (Cindy) 
Pernick; many nieces, nephews 
and friends.
A private family memorial 
service was held in California.

DR. MARC 
WEITZMAN, 77, of 
Huntington Woods, 
died Aug. 19, 2024. 
He is survived by 
his wife of 52 years, 
Marilyn Weitzman; sons and 
daughter-in-law, David and 
Allison Weitzman, and Matthew 
Weitzman; daughter and son-in-
law, Lauren Weitzman and Bruce 
Falck; grandchildren, Olivia, 

Asher and Eloise Weitzman, Lyra, 
Vander and Lennox Falck; sister 
and brother-in-law, Cherie and 
James Buller; brothers and sister-
in-law, John Weitzman, and Gary 
and Jodi Weitzman; brothers-in-
law and sister-in-law, Howard 
Stelzer, and Adela and Mitchell 
Kahn; many loving nieces, 
nephews, cousins and friends. 
Dr. Weitzman was the dear 
brother-in-law of the late Audrey 
Stelzer. 
Interment was at Beth 
Moses Cemetery in New York.
