of JSU president in the past year.

As part of the JSU, there is an
annual retreat during which the
entire board works together and
facilitates thoughtful discussions
on where the JSU is going next.
Each year I have been able to
be a part of such a great program,
I’ve truly been blown away by the
people who surround me at JSU/
Hillel.
There were times in which I was
working on a new project or try-
ing to overcome a challenge, and I
always felt support because of the
bonds I had built within these dif-
ferent programs.
Many of the successful programs

that were seen in the past three
years are carried forward into the
next year but then developed fur-
ther as new perspectives are added
into the program planning.
One of my favorite parts of being
a part of the community the JSU
and Hillel has created is getting to
learn something every day. It has
truly been a great experience being
able to be so involved over the past
few years! @
