RITA ROSLYN
ABRAMSON,
79, of North Las
Vegas, Nev.,
passed away on
July 17, 2024.
She had just celebrated her
59th wedding anniversary.
Rita was born in Detroit
on Nov. 14, 1944, to Arthur
and Murial Sofferin. She
went to Mumford High
School and Wayne State
University. She married
Kenneth Abramson on July
11, 1965. Rita worked in
early childhood education
for many years, first with
Temple Israel in West
Bloomfield and then with
Seton Academy West in
Las Vegas, Nev.
Rita was preceded in
death by her son, Larry
Abramson; she is survived
by her husband, Kenneth
Abramson; her son and
daughter, Jeffrey and
Nicole Abramson; her
grandsons, Mitchell and
Trevor Abramson.
A graveside service
was held and Rita’s ashes
were interred at the Palm
Northwest Mortuary and
Cemetery in Las Vegas.
Contributions may be
made to a charity of your
choice.

ROSE
BERLINBERG,
former
Detroiter of
Denver, Colo.,
died July 20,
2024. She was born March
9, 1932.
Rose was the daughter
of the late Morris and
Anna Weberman; wife of
the late Joe Berlinberg;
