Henrietta Schwartz.

80, of Farmington 
Hills, died July 4, 
2024. 
He is survived by 
his daughters and sons-in-law, 
Marla and Patrick McCowan, 
and Sheryl and Michael 
Gold; grandchildren, Morgan 
McCowan, Brandon McCowan, 
Gillian Gold and Madelyn 
Gold; brother and sister-in-
law, Ed and Mary Silberblatt; 
sister-in-law, of Fran (Jerold 
Ziperstein) Fingeroot; many 
other loving family members 
and friends. 
Joel was the beloved husband 
of the late Sara Silberblatt.
Interment was held at 
Hebrew Memorial Park 
Cemetery in Mt. Clemens.

DAVID SLOAN, 
75, of Farmington 
Hills, passed away 
July 10, 2024. He 
was a retired real 
estate broker. 
He is survived by his 
brother, Daniel A. Sloan; 
daughter, Marissa (Brent) 
Glodowski; son, Adam 
Sloan; granddaughter, Natalie 
Glodowski; and by Millie Sloan. 
He is also survived by many 
nieces, nephews, relatives and 
loving caregivers. 
Mr. Sloan was preceded in 
death, by his parents, Eugene 

and Mildred “Jody” Sloan; and 
brother, Michael A. Sloan, M.D. 
(Cheryl). 
Interment was at the 
Adat Shalom Memorial 
Park Cemetery in Livonia.
