eet our beautiful girl, Sarah. She is a 2-year-old,
spayed Wired Hair Terrier weighing in around 40
pounds.
Sarah is a very sweet girl who needs a patient, calm and
loving home. She is an amazing girl with so much potential.
She was extremely scared when she arrived in Michigan.
She warmed up quickly to her foster parents and seemed to
need the foster dogs in the home to teach her the routine.
She was absolutely terrified of quick movements, any
sounds, crates and especially walking through any doorway.
She was not afraid of her foster parents and loved to snug-
gle with them.
She has come so far in a week’s time! She is less afraid
of all of those things, but still working on her fear of crates.
She even started playing and doing zoomies recently!
Although she did well with the three dogs in her foster
home initially, it appears she would do best as the only dog
or with one calm dog as she continues to decompress.
Sarah is house-trained, great on a leash (loves walks) and
an absolute sweetheart who needs time and patience.
