amilies, friends
and supporters of
Lamplighters Preschool
(a branch of Royal Oak
Chabad) gathered at The
Norwood in Detroit for the
second annual Lamplighters
Art Auction to celebrate the
creativity and artwork of their
children.
At Lamplighters, students
explore Jewish traditions
through child-led learning in
the city’s only Reggio-Emilia-
inspired Jewish preschool,
and express their creativity
through art, play and hands-
on activities.
The art produced by the
students throughout the year
was sold in a silent auction,
with proceeds to benefit
educational programs.
