ALAN STEVEN
MOSER, 73, of St.
Clair Shores,
passed away
peacefully May 10,
2024.
He was born in Highland
Park, Mich., to Gisela and
Ludwig Moser. Alan graduated
from Oak Park High School in
1969, continued his education
at Oakland University and
Wayne State University then
graduated from Cooley Law
School.
Always ambitious, Alan
taught school during the day
and attended law school at
night. Eventually, he started
his own successful solo law
practice, which he loved
deeply, helping countless
clients over the years.
Alan loved playing golf,

was naturally athletic and was
a huge sports fan. He also
took great pride and pleasure
with his impressive toy and
memorabilia collection and
his toy soldier collection. He
was generous beyond words
with his time and legal skills.
His smile was as big as his
heart. He was well respected
among his colleagues and had
a great sense of humor. He
leaves behind a legacy of love,
strength and courage. He will
be deeply missed but never
forgotten.
Alan is survived by his
loving wife of nearly 39 years,
Fran; cherished nieces and
nephews; his beloved shih-tzu,
Carmine.
He was the dearest son-in-
law of the late Frances and
Paul Rosemann.

In lieu of flowers, memorial
contributions to St. Jude
Children’s Research Hospital
or the Michael J. Fox
Foundation for Parkinson’s
Research are appreciated.
