10 | APRIL 25 • 2024 J N E nsuring that all people are treated with dignity and respect has been the guiding force behind a 40-year partnership between a group of local seventh-graders and adults with developmental disabilities who are served by JARC, a Metro Detroit nonprofit whose mission is to enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities. One of JARC’s longest-standing partnerships is with Hillel Day School, an independent K-8 Jewish day school in Farmington Hills.
