rankel Jewish Academy’s
Performing Arts
Department is proud
to present The 25th Annual
Putnam County Spelling Bee
Wednesday, April 17, at 7 p.m.
and Thursday, April 18, at 7
p.m. at the Berman Center for
the Performing Arts in West
Bloomfield.

This multiple Tony Award-
winning musical comedy
instantly spells E-N-T-E-R-
T-A-I-N-I-N-G, as six quirky
adolescent overachievers go
head-to-head with each other
in the annual spelling bee
championship, while coping
with puberty, overzealous
parents, sabotage attempts and
even the adults in charge.
The hilarious musical tale
will have you cheering for
the unlikeliest of heroes —
the awkward but endearing
loveable cast of outsiders for
whom a spelling bee is the one
place where they can stand
out and fit in at the same time.
Filled with cleaver sidesplitting
lyrics, this Broadway hit
also invites spellers from

the audience, making each
performance one-of-a-kind.
This musical comedy
production is directed and
produced by Mitch Master,
FJA
’s Performing and Visual
Arts Department director,
who has been supervising the
school’s theatrical productions
since its founding in 2000.

“The cost of living is high, and wages don’t always

equal expenses. The fact that HFL’s interest-free

debt consolidation program exists is so helpful

for our community. The 0% loan, and the financial

education, helped so much,” said a Borrower.

• Debt Consolidation loans are one-time-

only loans with a maximum amount of

$20,000. These interest-free loans must

be repaid in 36-48 months, depending

on the loan size.
