weetie from southwest Detroit was wandering the
streets looking for food when a resident found
her and brought her to Detroit Dog Rescue.
Sweetie was probably a pet, but like many dogs
in Detroit, she was turned loose or lost, and no one
has claimed her. Sweetie, a Pomeranian and Golden
Retriever mix, is ready to leave her old life behind and
find a home.
Sweetie is approximately 3 years old and 60 pounds.
She does well on a leash, knows how to sit and does
well with other calm dogs. This young girl is still figuring
out what life is like in a home and would do best with
children over 5 who can help her learn.
