Women of Temple Israel’s
Antique Road Show

Ever wondered about the story
and value behind that unique
item in your home? Good
news, the Women of Temple
Israel can help you find the
answer.
Grab that treasured book
off the shelf. Scoop up that old
footrest your great-aunt dis-
covered. And that painting that
you find interesting but you
really aren’t sure where it came
from. Bring it along for an
appraisal by Terri Stearn, the
wizard of antique wisdom from
Detroit Fine Art Appraisals.
Join us at Temple Israel in
West Bloomfield on Sunday,
Jan. 28, between 2-4 p.m. Entry
is free, $36 for one appraisal.
(You must be able to carry in
the item.) Refreshments will be
served.

Do you have some cool col-
lectibles you no longer want?
We are taking donations!
These will be a part of our
“Treasures” for everyone to
purchase.

DOG OF THE WEEK

I

t’s never too early to think about who you’re going
to love this February. Whether taking a long walk or
cuddling on the couch, Dash is ready to be your guy!
Dash is a 4-month-old Boxer Mix who is doing great in
foster care at Detroit Dog Rescue. He is smart – currently
top of his class at Puppy School – and he’s already
working on loose leash walking, sit and shake.
In his spare time, Dash loves to play and enjoys getting
puppy zoomies and practicing parkour in the yard.
Dash can be shy at first, but once he warms up, he’s
eager to be your best friend. He does well with other
dogs and kids who can respect his face and space, but as
a pup, he may be a little too curious for cats.
Apply to meet Dash … and prepare to FALL IN LOVE …
at DetroitDogRescue.com.

Dash,

Your Perfect
