She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Ralph Rubenstein; daughters and sons-in-law, Dr. Laura and Dr. Frank Borschke, and Dr. Mara Rubenstein and Dr. Frank Burks; son and daugh- ter-in-law, Dr. Ronald and Missy Rubenstein; grandchil- dren, Benjamin, Aubrey and Ethan Borschke, Mia, Ryan and Rhys Rubenstein, and Maxwell Burks; brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Richard and Beverly Bernstein; other lov- ing relatives and friends. Mrs. Rubenstein was the devoted daughter of the late Elsie and the late Irving Bernstein; the dear sister- in-law of the late Rubin Rubenstein, and the late Ernest and the late Elaine Rubenstein.
