ongoing conflict in Israel,
Partners Detroit Women’s
Division, which holds events
year-round, is planning to
move forward with its 2024
trip to Israel.
“We don’t just stand with
Israel,” Bausk says. “We’re
going to Israel, and we’re
really excited to take women
of all ages and backgrounds
to Israel in May.”

HONORING
RYAN DEMBS
The Dembs Mission to
Israel, May 12- 24, 2024, is
geared toward moms with
kids under the age of 25.
It was named in honor
of Ryan Dembs, who
passed away
unexpectedly
in 2021 at the
age of 49, and
whose love for
his family, his
community and

the Jewish people knew no
bounds.
The Franklin, Michigan,
native, president and CEO of
Dembs Development, a real
estate development company,
left behind his wife, Lindsay,
and two sons in college,
Dylan and Harrison.
The Lessons-Dembs
family are active with
Partners Detroit. Ryan was
scheduled to travel to Israel
on a mission but passed
away before he could make
the trip.
The Dembs Mission to
Israel is made possible by the
generosity of the Lesson and
Dembs families in honor of
Ryan’s love and passion for
Israel.
The annual mission will
now be forever associated
with his name.
