LEV HAOLAM
Lev Haolam is a subscription-only (that can be canceled at any time) box delivery that creates connections between
international Israel-supporters and the Jewish pioneers of Judea and Samaria — money goes directly to the people
already working the land, helping them flourish in the face of threats of boycott. Boutique chocolates, sweets, olive oil,
tea, cosmetics, wine, dried fruits, artisan ceramics and Judaica are among the items recipients (for yourself or a gift) will
receive every month. Levhaolam.com.

LIL DARLINGS
Metro Detroiters, particularly women
and their daughters, may not know
the name Wendy Grandt Palumbo
— but they might be familiar
with her Great Neck, New York-
based company, Lil Darlings.
The brand has had tween and
teen kids flocking to purchase
her custom-beaded bracelets
and chokers with their camps’
and villages’ names and favorite
sports; adorable fuzzy bags, ear
muffs and wallets; emoji-embellished
hats, friendship bracelets and so much
more. Within days of the attack on Israel,
Palumbo had organized to create a signature I
Stand With Israel beaded bracelet, selling at $18; at press
time, she had donated $30,000 directly to the IDF — plus more donated
by the stores that are purchasing the bracelets for sale, for an estimated
total around $82,000. Available in youth and ladies’ sizes, the bracelets
have been difficult to keep in stock at stores including Event Bliss
(eventblissandgifts.com) in Franklin, Perfect Trading (perfecttradingco.
com) in Bloomfield Hills and Guys N Gals (shopguysngals.com) in West
Bloomfield, but Palumbo is working fast to create more.
