Nearly 80 years after his death in
WWII, PFC Gilbert J. Himelhoch was
memorialized with full military honors.

Jewish War Veterans of the Department of Michigan
were among those observing the flag-folding ceremony
honoring Jewish WWII Pfc. Gilbert Himelhoch at the
Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.
