Shirley was predeceased by 
her loving parents, Albert and 
Rose Smith; and her beloved 
brother Ronald Smith. She 
was also the mother of the 
late Dr. Woody Friedman, 
the late Gordy Pallitz and the 
late Janice Tilchen; the aunt 
of the late Marney Schoenfeld 
(Randy). She was the wife of 
the late Larry Pallitz and the 
late Wally Friedman.

GOLDBERG, 77, 
of Waterford, died 
Oct. 16, 2023. 
She is survived 
by her husband, 
Elliott Goldberg; sons and 
daughter-in-law, Gedaliah 
and Rachma Friedenberg,

children, Dan and Michelle 
Goldberg, Matthew Hogan,
