Rebecca and Michael Segal are overjoyed
to announce the birth of their son, Roman
Philip. He’s welcomed home by his big sister,
Madeline, 4, and big brother, Benjamin, 2. His
grandparents, who couldn’t be more excited,
are Jodi and Dr. Alan Klein, and Richard Segal, all of
West Bloomfield. Maternal great-grandparents are Janie
and Dr. Peter Cohen of Pittsburgh, Pa. Roman’s middle
name pays homage to his late paternal grandmother Dr.
Phyllis G. Segal, and maternal great-great-grandfather
Philip Kaufman. Roman’s Hebrew name, Simcha, honors
his maternal late great-grandmother Sybil Klein.
