Join the Isaac Agree Downtown 

Synagogue for an evening at Eden 
Gardens (12273 Glenfield Ave., Detroit) 
to celebrate the holiday of Sukkot and 
Shabbat. Sukkah-building starts at 5:30 
p.m., followed by dinner and crafts. A 
Kabbalat Shabbat service begins at 7:30

SUKKOT UNDER THE STARS
Come and celebrate Sukkot Under the 
Stars with Temple Emanu-El (14450 W. 
10 Mile Road, Oak Park) beginning at 
6 p.m. Join in decorating the sukkah, 
shaking the lulav and etrog, sharing 
delicious food and singing around the 
campfire. This event is perfect for the 
whole family and promises to be a

SEUDAT SUKKOT
Experience the beauty of Sukkot at 
Adat Shalom (29901 Middlebelt Road, 
Farmington Hills) with a meaningful 
family service and engaging activities 
from 9 a.m. to noon. End with a 
communal meal in their sukkah 
prepared with Chef Debra Walter. 
This meal and program are part of 
Adat Shalom’s 2023 Synagogue Vegan 
Challenge Grant by Shamayim. Active 
learning stations will be available
