ROBERT MATTHEW HOWARD, 57, of West Bloomfield, died June 23, 2023. Robert lived a very full and wonderful life. Many of his years were spent living in a JARC-organization home under the loving care of wonderful staff and support. The family is eternally grate- ful for the happiness afforded to Robert for this great gift. Robert was an active par- ticipant in many wonderful activities and had a rewarding vocational service.
